Monthly Board Meetings
All are welcome at our monthly board meetings. We generally meet at the Medford Public Library at 7pm on the last Monday of the month with exceptions for major holidays or other events. We typically skip November and have an early December meeting.

Annual Meeting
Our Annual Meeting and Thank You gala is held each fall. This event is not your typical business meeting!! We have been known to play mini golf, throw paper airplanes, and listen to live music. There is also good food and drink and plenty of good company.
Annual Meetings are open to members only, and memberships are available at the door. Watch the Upcoming Events section on the Welcome page for the exact date and details!
